Żmigrodzka 244A, Poland, registered in the National Court Register – Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000222815, NIP: 8961379789, REGON: 933043872, with a share capital of 80,000.00 PLN, e-mail: [email protected]. 1.2. The service facilitates bookings for golf rounds at courses available through the search engine on the website and in the Golf Booking mobile app. 1.3. The services are available to all users who create an account on the platform. Bookings can be made via the www.golf-booking.com website or the Golf Booking mobile app. 2. Scope of Services 2.1. The service acts as an intermediary for booking golf rounds at courses in several European countries. 2.2. For group bookings, please contact us at [email protected] or make multiple individual bookings. 2.3. The search engine available on the website and mobile app allows users to browse and select available golf courses. 3. Terms of Use 3.1. Users must create and activate a Golf Booking account to make reservations. 3.2. Account registration requires providing your name, surname, email address, and nationality. Registration is available to individuals who are 18 years or older. 3.3. Users are required to keep their login information confidential. 4. Payments and Cancellations 4.1. To confirm a booking, the user must pay or authorize a future payment using a payment card within 10 minutes of making the initial reservation. 4.2. In the case of 'Pay Later' authorization on [date], the amount for the reservation will be automatically charged by the system on the date specified in the reservation details. 4.3. Upon confirmation of the booking, the customer will find the reference number for their golf course reservation in the order details, which should be presented at the golf course. 4.4. When making a booking, only the name and surname of the person making the reservation, as well as the number of participants, will be provided. In some cases, the golf course may request additional player names from the reservation operator. If this happens, Golf-Booking.com staff may contact the customer via email to request the names of the other players. 4.5. The service will send a reminder message to the client 2 days before the deadline for canceling the reservation, informing them of the upcoming round. 4.6. In the case of canceling a reservation within the allowed time, which the client authorized using the 'Pay Later on [date]' payment option, the cancellation is free of charge. If the client, at the time of booking, despite the availability of the 'Pay Later on [date]' option, chose the 'Pay Now' option and paid the full amount for the reservation, the service will deduct the Stripe.com transaction fee (approximately 2% of the amount, depending on the payment method) from the refund. 4.7. Once the cancellation deadline has passed, the reservation cannot be canceled, and the user will be charged the full amount of the reservation. 4.8. Failure to show up for a reserved round without prior cancellation will result in the full booking fee being charged, and a refund will not be possible. 4.9 The refund for a duplicated payment for a reservation may be reduced by the service by the fee charged by Stripe.com at the time of the transaction (approximately 2% of the amount, depending on the payment method). Golf-Booking.com will inform the client via email about the amount of the transaction fee when processing the refund.
5. Cancellation Policy 5.1 The user can cancel the reservation by the time specified in the details of each reservation. After this time, cancellation is not possible. 5.2. Cancellations can only be made from the Golf Booking account. After canceling, the user should receive a confirmation email with the cancellation details. Only cancellations confirmed in this way are valid. 5.3. If the user does not receive a cancellation confirmation or encounters any other issue with the cancellation, they should immediately contact customer support at [email protected] and notify them of the issue. Reports made after the round date will not be considered. 6. Service Liability 6.1. Golf Booking is not responsible for the closure of golf courses due to force majeure. However, the service will make every effort to help resolve the issue, contact the reservation operator for a refund, but cannot guarantee a favorable outcome. In most cases, well-documented claims are resolved in the customer’s favor. 6.2. Users are required to attend the booked golf round at the specified date and time. Changing the round date is not possible through the service. The service does not offer any support for modifications to booking details. 7. Personal Data and Privacy 7.1. Golf-Booking.com collects personal data such as name, surname, and email address, which are necessary to process bookings. 7.2. Payment details (payment card) are processed by an external operator (Stripe.com) and are not stored on the service’s servers. 7.3. The service complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensures the confidentiality and security of personal data. 8. Final Provisions 8.1. The terms and conditions may be amended by Golf Booking, and users will be informed of any changes via the golf-booking.com website. 8.2. Matters not covered by these terms and conditions are governed by local laws, in accordance with the registered office of G24 Group Sp. z o.o. 8.3. Any disputes arising from the use of the service will be resolved by the courts relevant to the registered office of G24 Group Sp. z o.o. 8.4.
