• Please note that ALL BOOKINGS AND PRICING ARE PER BAY, PER HOUR AND NOT PER ROUND OF GOLF. If you have not been able to complete your round in the time you have booked, unfortunately you will have to kindly vacate your bay for the next booking. You are welcome to book another hour of bay time at reception if there are no bookings directly after your booking.
• SOLO BOOKINGS ARE LIMITED TO 1 HOUR.
• Players have agency over their time and can play any course as a Par 3 course, 9 holes or 18 holes, or simply practice on the range or specific holes on-course.
• SOLO PLAYER PRICING IS FOR 1 PLAYER ONLY. 2-4 PLAYERS PER BAY PAY FULL HOURLY RATE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• QUICK PLAY IS ENCOURAGED – Depending on handicaps and format selected the average time for a person to finish 18 holes of golf is between 25-45 minutes per player. IF IT IS YOUR FIRST TIME WITH US WE RECOMMEND AT LEAST 2 HOURS OF BAY TIME, PER 4-BALL, to get used to the software and settings that will make your next visit with us a quicker experience. A 4-BALL that is experienced with our software and hardware can usually get through 18 holes in under 2 ½ to 3 hours.
• PLEASE PAY R200 DEPOSIT AT KIT HIRE DESK TO BE ISSUED WITH GOLF BALLS AND TEES.
• NO PERSONAL BALLS OR TEES ARE ALLOWED – Please only use Golden tee issued balls and tees.
• Please return all Clubs, balls and tees to the kit hire desk to receive your refundable deposit. Failure to do so with result in a forfeit of said deposit. THE CUSTOMER WILL HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES AND/OR MISSING CLUBS AND BAGS RETURNED TO KIT HIRE WITH OUT THE FULL COMPLEMENT OF EQUIPMENT ISSUE AT THE START OF THEIR ROUND. Please make sure you keep your kit hire slip for returns at the end of your round.
• If you are bringing your own clubs, please ENSURE YOUR CLUBS ARE CLEAN AND ARE FREE OF DIRT, MUD OR GRASS. Our staff at the Kit Hire desk will inspect personal clubs and clean your clubs free of charge.
• NO DRINKING OR EATING IN THE SIMULATOR BAY.
• ONLY ONE PERSON IN THE BAY AT A TIME – This is for your own safety and those around you. ALL CUSTOMERS ENTER THE PREMISE AT THEIR OWN RISK.
• NO SPIKED GOLF SHOES ALLOWED – Rubber soled golf shoes and sneakers are allowed.
• NO HIGHHEELS or HEELED SHOES ARE ALLOWED. Flat soled open-toe shoes are allowed.
• NO PRACTICE SWINGS OR FULL-SWINGS ARE ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF THE DESIGNATED HITTING AREA.
• PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH OR ATTEMPT TO MOVE OR MANIPULATE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: LAUNCH MONITOR, HITTING MAT, TOUCHSCREEN, COMPUTER AND/OR ACCESSORIES. The customer will be held liable for any damage caused to any of our equipment in the store.
• THE GOLDEN TEE DO NOT DEVELOP OR MAINTAIN ANY OF THE SOFTWARE AND/OR HARDWARE USED TO POWER THE SIMULATORS. FROM TIME-TO-TIME THERE MAY BE SOFTWARE GLITCHES AND/OR HARDWARE MALFUNCTIONS. These are rare and our friendly and knowledgeable staff are there to help solve whatever issue there may be – PLEASE BE PATIENT and RESPECTFUL WITH OUR STAFF.
